At Glide Physiotherapy and Pilates, I offer bespoke Pilates classes designed to improve strength and flexibility but most of all to have fun and build quality of and confidence with movement. I have taught for more than 20 years and it has given me invaluable experience to be able to adapt these exercises in many ways, sometimes using equipment to help or to challenge. I blend my pilates knowledge with yoga and traditional strength work.

As a Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified APPI Pilates and Yoga Instructor, I provide a safe and effective approach to movement for those who feel daunted starting or returning to exercise following surgery, illness or pain.

Clinical Pilates always has the focus on adaptation of exercise to fit individual needs.  We can help you to build confidence, with the knowledge of how your injury or painful condition limits your ability to exercise. Each person is screened prior to joining the class to ensure a bespoke and tailored approach.

Pilates prices

Classes run in blocks but PAYG is often available. Each client is sent 5 recordings each week for further practice opportunities.

  • Matwork classes

    £108 for 8 week block. £15.50 drop in’s

  • Studio equipment class using the Reformer, Chair and small pilates equipment. 

    £16 or £19 drop in
